Bad Hair Day? How About Bad Hair Weeks or Months

and all because I wanted to save mOney.

Have you ever tried to highlight your own hair?  I tried and it did not turn out the way I wanted it.  The first highlights, which were on the front of my head, turned out so bright they almost looked like I had a light bulb turned on behind my hair.  I couldn’t stop laughing, I was afraid if I stopped I would star crying.  I was so glad I still had some dark hair color left and put it on top of the highlights.  That made my hair striped but you only notice it if you look real good. 

A week later I went to Adela (my hairdresser friend from Southern California) to get just a hair cut, immediately she put me in the area for hair color.  I had to tell her “no, I’m here for just a hair cut”.  She has never talked bad about any body’s hair before, she is so lady like, but this time I saw a puzzled look on her face.
