I tell you this “Core Plan” is working for me. I love it. One of the reasons I didn’t think I would like it is that I love my carbs, but after looking at the plan, there is enough carbs in the plan to keep me satisfied, I can have Oatmeal, Whole Wheat Pasta, Potatoes (white, red, sweet), Brown Rice. I’m also allowed 35 points per week which I can use anyway I want to (like whole wheat bread for a sandwich or tortillas).
