I told you that my weight watchers blogging was not going to take over my Blog, please bear with me until I catch up One more of these tomorow and then that is it, until next week after my Weigh-In.
Last Saturday, I went to my first Weight Watchers meeting. Annie could be a stand-up comic, I enjoyed her very much, but Saturdays are not good for me. I think I will go back to my regular meeting I used to attend. The last time I was there it was August 26. Since then I have gain 3.2 lbs. – not a bad place to start. Teri, my regular leader, is one of the best WW leaders, she does not pamper you, she is kind but direct and I’m looking forward to having her help me, again. The location where I go is blessed to have so many good leaders like Teri.
